Digital Downloads

All of the products on this website are password-protected with the same easy-to-remember password. This is to prevent any materials from being illegally distributed without purchase (either intentionally or unintentionally). Since teachers need to post these materials on Digital learning management systems like Google Classroom and Canvas, the password-protection is an easy copyright protection solution. We are a pair of in-the-trenches teachers (just like you), so this helps us protect our intellectual property.

Here are some details about the passwords on our products:

  1. Look closely! When you purchase one of our products, the password is included in the email with your product's download links.
  2. The password is simple and easy to remember.
  3. The password will be required each time you (or your students) open the document.
  4. Every product on this site has the same easy-to-remember password, so if you purchase multiple products, the password will always be the same.
  5. For my own students, I post the password in their assignment details. It does not take many assignments for them to memorize the password since it is the same for every assignment.

What if you forget your password? If you forget the password or cannot find it in your confirmation email, feel free to email us at customerservice@creativeenglishteacher.com

Absolutely! After a few days, your old download link will expire. Just email us at customerservice@creativeenglishteacher.com with a few pieces of information, and we will send you a new download link:

  1. Customer name (required)
  2. Product name(s) (required)
  3. Email address at time of purchase (helpful, but optional)
  4. Order number (really helpful, but optional)

Yes, we are constantly updating and adding to our product line (especially the full semester bundles). If you have purchased one of these, you get the updates as well! Whenever the file has been updated, you will receive a notfication email with a new download link. To find out exactly what has been updated about the product, we suggest subscribing to our mailing list!

Payments

Absolutely! To pay with a purchase order, follow the instructions below:  

  1. Select the products you would like to purchase using the website store.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. When you are choosing a payment method, choose the "Purchase Order" option. (See the screenshot below.)
  4. Complete your order.
  5. Important:  Before you receive your products, you will need to email a digital copy of your completed purchase order to customerservice@creativeenglishteacher.com or mail a physical copy to the following address:  Hamby Publishing, RR 2 Box 652-C, Ava, MO 65608
  6. When your purchase order is received, your payment will be authorized, and you will receive your materials!
